Since our founding in 1964, Brownmed has maintained continuous production in the United States. Today, we manufacture a variety of products in our 81,000 square foot warehouse in Sprit Lake, Iowa, just a stone’s throw from the garage where Dr. Brown introduced Plastalume, the world’s first foam aluminum finger splint more than 60 years ago.
